Return and Exchange Policy

Custom made

Please note that these products are customized especially to your measurements and requirements that you have provided us with. If we come and measure you, you are also shown each measurement and it is your responsibility to check that we have measured you correctly and that the correct measurements and instructions have been written down and confirmed by us, for which we ask you to sign to give your approval. 

In the event you send us your measurements and other pertinent details it is your responsibility to ensure they are correct. We are unable to re-sell your personal customised items to anyone else, as they are made especially for you and may even include your personal monograms. Therefore, we do not accept any returns or offer refunds save on defective goods.

 

Non custom items Refunds

At our sole discretion any non defective item in its original, complete and undamaged and unworn condition may be returned  for a refund at your expense (see below).

In respect of an approved refund the refund will be made to the account from which the original order was paid. 

Proof of original purchase required.

Once your return for a refund is received, inspected and approved we will send you an email to notify you that the refund has been approved.

If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of being notified of approval of your refund first check with your bank or credit card company.

 

Exchange

At our sole discretion any non defective item in its original, complete and undamaged and unworn condition may be returned  for an exchange for goods of the same value at your expense (see below).

Proof of original purchase required.

In either case of a refund or exchange upon request we will provide you with the address to return the goods to.

 

Gift Cards

Gift cards are not refundable but are valid for six months from the date of purchase.

 

Shipping and Costs of Refunds and Returns

With regard to shipping goods:

Our Standard Shipping Service (3-4 week delivery) is complimentary and free save taxes and importation duties: However, there is a charge for our VIP Shipping Service (Fast track delivery within 2 weeks). In either event, you are responsible for all taxes and import duties).

 

In the event that we have approved a refund or exchange you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning and replacing if requested and approved your item together with any applicable taxes and duties. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, these costs will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
