Shahpari’s portfolio throughout her design career, boasts a diverse selection of “A” List celebrities such as Madonna, the late David Bowie, Julia Roberts, Robbie Williams, Nicole Kidman and Eric Clapton for whom she designed cashmere sweaters and who encouraged her to launch a menswear line years ago and so, Gatsby’s Shirts was born: The ultimate in luxury shirts, polo shirts and matching boxers, Gatsby’s Shirts will produce custom, made-to-measure shirts as quintessential gift for the Holiday Season, Father’s Day, baby gifts, weddings and Bar mitzvahs.
With over 20 year experience at the forefront of the design industry, Shahpari attended the world renowned Central Saint Martin’s School of Art after Bedales, where fellow Bedalians include Lord Linley, Daniel Day-Lewis, Minie Driver, Karis Jagger, Julie-Kate Olivier and Edward Hall.  Shahpari first started designing with her Designer Mother Shi, the pioneer behind the global renowned cashmere company Shi Cashmere who changed the face of Cashmere with designs in the Victoria and Albert Museum for outstanding design innovation. They have their own factory in Scotland and shops in London’s Belgravia and New York’s Madison Avenue and were an international sensation through trunk shows with Saks Fifth Avenue.
Shahpari became a fashion Ambassador for the Department of Trade and Industry of the British Government, launching British Fashion in Columbia with Bruce Oldfield and Amanda Wakeley and has promoted British Business internationally. Her ever-evolving style is defined by a subtle fusion of East meets West; understated, clean lines and neutral tones, intuitively balanced with an opulent warmth.

Shahpari has also appeared on TV for her fashion and business acumen, produced and presented London Fashion Week for the BBC’s Lion TV, has been interviewed by NBC and just invited for an interview for the NewsWatch morning show on AMC, but her most valued and proud accomplishment has been building orphanages, feeding millions of people West Africa in third world countries and rescuing her two beloved German Shepherds from West Africa where she lived for seven years non-stop during a Military Coup, whilst in the gold, petroleum and infrastructure businesses. She supports TheDog Trust and Buses4Homeless charities.
